Since taking over the Plaza Pizza® brand from the original owners, our family business has continued to evolve. We implemented a number of changes to modernize the business and bring Plaza Pizza® into the 21st century. Then we opened a second location to test our processes and ensure we’d created an operational system that franchisees can implement again and again.
